Telegram: @fpl11india — fastest channel for gameweek-deadline queries (we respond in under 30 minutes during active GWs). Telegram is best for: captain pick last-minute questions, injury news verification, transfer urgency, mini-league tie-breaker disputes.

The Telegram group also has 50,000+ India FPL managers discussing captain picks, transfers and chip timing. Lurkers welcome — you don't need to post to benefit from the discussions. The group is moderated to keep discussions FPL-focused.

For private queries, DM us directly on Telegram instead of posting in the group. We respond to DMs within 30 minutes during active GWs. The Telegram group is also where we post real-time captain pick alerts and price change warnings.

Response times

Captain pick queries: 4 hours during GW, 24 hours off-GW. Editorial feedback: 48 hours. Partnership enquiries: 24-72 hours. Bug reports on the app: 24 hours. KYC / deposit / withdrawal issues with platforms (Dream11, My11Circle): these are NOT our platforms, contact the platform directly — we only provide editorial FPL guidance.

During the international break (Sep, Oct, Nov, Mar, Jun), response times may be slower — typically 24 hours for all queries. We have a smaller support team during international breaks since most India managers aren't actively playing FPL.

Editorial enquiries

For editorial enquiries: captain pick methodology questions, data sourcing requests, guest post pitches, content corrections — email [email protected]. Include your name, publication (if guest post), and a brief outline of your query.

Editorial enquiries for guest posts require the contributor to have verifiable FPL credentials (OR top 100,000 in any season). We do not accept paid placements or affiliate-only content. All guest posts are edited by our editorial team for accuracy and tone.

We accept guest posts on: advanced FPL strategy (DGW chip timing, wildcard templates), India FPL community stories (top India manager profiles), data analysis (xG vs actual FPL points, BPS analysis). Pitches outside these topics are typically rejected.

Partnership enquiries

For brand partnerships, sponsored content, FPL platform collaborations, mini-league sponsorships and affiliate enquiries — email [email protected]. We work with select FPL platforms and analytics providers on non-exclusivity basis.

We accept partnerships with: (1) FPL analytics providers (Understat, FBref, WhoScored), (2) FPL content creators (YouTube channels, podcasts), (3) Premier League clubs (official partners only). We do not accept partnerships with gambling operators, crypto platforms or other high-risk categories.

Press and media

For press and media enquiries (interview requests, podcast appearances, citation permissions for our captain pick data) — email [email protected]. We respond within 48 hours and provide attribution guidelines for our data.

We accept interview requests from: FPL-focused podcasts, India sports media, fantasy sports publications. We do not accept interviews from generic crypto or finance publications — FPL is a fantasy sports game, not an investment.

Citation permissions: you can cite our captain pick data and projections with proper attribution ('Source: FPL11 India, fpl11india.com'). For bulk data requests (e.g. 10+ years of captain pick history), contact us with a research proposal.

Data correction requests

If you spot incorrect data on FPL11 (wrong player price, outdated captain pick projection, broken image link), email [email protected] with the URL and the specific issue. We fix data errors within 24 hours and credit the corrector on our /about/ corrections page.

For FPL rules questions, please include your team ID so we can check your specific squad and history. Without the team ID, we can only provide general guidance. Your team ID is in the URL when you log into fantasy.premierleague.com and view your squad. The team ID is also visible in your FPL account settings under 'My Profile'. Sharing your team ID is safe — it only reveals your manager name and current squad to us, and we don't share with third parties.

For sensitive corrections (data that affects scoring, rankings or prize calculations), we issue a public correction note on the affected page within 24 hours. The note includes: what was wrong, what was changed, and credit to the corrector.
