Acceptance of terms

By accessing fpl11india.com or using the FPL11 app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These terms govern your use of: (1) fpl11india.com website, (2) FPL11 app (Android and iOS), (3) FPL11 India Telegram group, (4) FPL11 India newsletter, (5) any other FPL11 India service or content.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users. Examples of harmful conduct include spamming, harassment, or using our services for illegal purposes.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use FPL11 India's services. This age requirement matches the official Fantasy Premier League game, which is also 18+. If you are under 18, please do not use our services.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18+, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using our services under any applicable law.

If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data immediately. If you believe a child under 18 has created an account, please email [email protected].

User conduct

When using FPL11 India's services, you agree NOT to: (1) harass, abuse, or harm other users, (2) post spam, malware or any malicious content, (3) impersonate any person or entity, (4) use our services for any illegal purpose, (5) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, (6) scrape, crawl or copy our content without written permission, (7) use our content to train AI models without written permission.

In the Telegram group, additional rules apply: (1) stay on-topic (FPL discussion only), (2) no promotional content without admin approval, (3) no harassment of other members, (4) respect admin decisions. Violations may result in a warning, mute or ban.

We reserve the right to remove any content (comments, posts, messages) that violates these rules. We also reserve the right to ban repeat offenders without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on fpl11india.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations and software — is the property of FPL11 India or our content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g. reading our captain picks, sharing links to our articles). You may NOT: (1) reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission, (2) modify or create derivative works, (3) redistribute our content on other websites without permission, (4) use our content to train AI models or algorithms.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our site, please email [email protected] with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material on our site, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith. We respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

Disclaimer of warranties

FPL11 India's services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any captain pick, projection, advice or other content on our site. FPL is a game of chance and skill — past performance does not guarantee future results. Always make your own decisions and use your own judgement.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of our captain picks, projections or other content. FPL is a free-to-play game — the worst case is losing rank, not losing money. But we still don't guarantee our picks will win.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPL11 India and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) or the total amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. For free users, this means our liability is capped at ₹0.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, you may file a legal action in Mumbai courts.

For consumer disputes, you can also file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the relevant state consumer forum. India has a robust consumer protection framework under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll: (1) post the updated terms on this page with a new 'Last updated' date, (2) email subscribers if the changes are material, (3) give at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect.

Material changes include: (1) changes to user rights, (2) changes to our liability, (3) changes to data handling, (4) changes to user obligations. Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarification) take effect immediately.

If you continue to use our services after the updated terms take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept, you can stop using our services and request data deletion.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These terms (plus our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play statement) constitute the entire agreement between you and FPL11 India regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
